Join us for a hands-on Body Saving Body Mechanics Workshop designed specifically for massage therapists. Workshop Overview This workshop is designed to teach massage therapists how to use safe, effective, and sustainable movement patterns to protect their bodies and maximize the therapeutic impact of their work. Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned therapist, this training will help you refine your approach and reduce the risk of injury and burnout. You Will Learn: Proper alignment and posture for different massage modalities How to use body weight and leverage instead of muscle force Ergonomics of table height, stance, and movement flow Strategies to reduce strain on the wrists, shoulders, and lower back Breathing and grounding techniques to support your work Self-care practices and exercises to maintain musculoskeletal health What to Expect This is an interactive, movement-based workshop. You’ll be guided through real-time assessments, demonstrations, and partner exercises to help integrate these techniques into your daily practice.
